I was absolutely certain I had lost weight when I stepped on the scales this morning. However to my surprise, I was the same weight as before: 55 kgs…a far cry of the 52 I was two months ago. As summer and beach is looming I have put myself on the stewardess diet of 700 kcal a day, with only lean meat, coffee, vegetables and fruit as source of nutrition. My goal is to be 50 kgs in 10 days. Not sure if I will succeed but if you want to reach the Moon you have to shoot for the stars :)
